G.W.P. AG produces complex machined metal and plastic parts for industry: Modern CNC-controlled milling machines are used to mill the components according to customer specifications. We mill all conventional plastics and metals, but we specialize in aluminum and engineering plastics such as PA, PBT, POM or PC.

CNC milling of small batches

G.W.P. AG specializes in the cost-optimized manufacture of small batches. We produce milled individual parts and exclusive small batches, even when the components require demanding machining of several sides. Small batch production always requires flexible CNC programming. Depending on the material and component geometry, milling paths must be specifically programmed to prevent stress in the component. We mill components of aluminum, brass, steel and plastic. Special materials can be used upon request. We process your components according to DIN ISO 2768 (general tolerances).
